He is a Chairman and Managing Director of Baviskar Group of Companies, Navi Mumbai. He is Ex- Chairman and present Secretary of CREDAI MCHI Navi Mumbai Unit and State Committee member of NAREDCO and appointed as Conciliator of Government Authority- Maha-RERA. He is Founder Secretary and Ex-President of Maharashtriyan Builders Association and President (and Founder) of ‘NAINA Builder’sWelfare Association’. He is Founder General Secretary of Marathi Bandhkam Vyavsaik Mahasangh (MBVM), Maharashtra.

Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Mr. Prakash Baviskar has had an enriching experience of 14 years of working with Building Permission department and Encroachment Control department of local Authority i.e., NMMC, BMC. He has led union for employees and taken various social work initiatives. He was appointed on Grocery Market and Shops Board (Govt of Maharashtra). In year 2013-14, the then Central Govt. had appointed him as a member on Monitoring and Sanctioning committee (Maharashtra) of Rajiv Awas Yojana. In MahaRERA as a conciliator he has successfully resolved several cases. Recently, the Govt. of Maharashtra has also appointed Mr. Baviskar on the Film Screening Committee for Government grants to Quality Films.

Mr. Baviskar started his first project in absence of financial & real estate industry background (except civil engineering qualification). Despite that he has successfully led and delivered many housing projects and has fulfilled the dream of Affordable Housing for many families under his patented Innovative concept ‘Builder- Society’s Promoter’ by providing homes at 20% lesser cost than the prevailing market rate.
